The vendors at Poppy Mountain will supply all of your family's needs.

Typically we offer a wide variety of foods including: Pork Tenderloin Sandwiches, Ham and Cheeseburgers, Hot dogs, Gyros, Sausage, A variety of beverages, Steak Sandwiches, Ice Cream, And more!

Apparel such as: Tee Shirts, Pullovers, Jackets, Hats, Caps, Suspenders, Belts

Craft Items: Blankets, Ponchos, Belts, Quilts

Entertainment with: CDs/Tapes, Games, Musical Products and Supplies

And an on-site General Store that supplies camping needs, ice and a limited supply of grocery items. Other stores are also close by for your convenience.

Booth Space: Booth space is a single story, 10x10 square area inclusive. Food and beverage vendors are allotted extra areas directly behind their booth for prep and/or storage. Extra small areas vary according to the physical layout of the festival grounds and placement of booth. If you require additional space, advance arrangements must be made prior to the start of the festival at 11 AM Tuesday. Please understand that we are extremely busy after the 1st of September. Therefore, we must ask that if at all possible, please have arrangements worked out by August 31st as we "work" the mountain after the 1st of September. There is a charge according to the extra space needed. You are responsible for all construction, furnishings, lighting, maintenance, and removal of all materials, leftovers and trash.

You must maintain a tasteful, attractive and professional appearance. We want you to be successful in your operation and we want to help you help us maintain a top notch perception of our festival in terms of cleanliness, ambiance and fun!

Booth selection is pre-determined by success of vending from previous years and space available for the current year. Each year more applications are received and we expand our area and vending area periodically. Choosing our Poppy Mountain vendors becomes increasingly more difficult each year. We determine the following in the selection process: Previous relationship with festival in terms of success, cleanliness, staff and other concessionaire relationships, uniqueness to our festival patrons and what can be offered as a new attraction to Poppy Mountain.

Booth Placement: Booth placement is determined at the discretion of the Poppy Mountain management based upon the following: Previous relationship with festival personnel and with other vendors, sales from previous year, marketability of product and special needs and/or services.

Deposit: A deposit of $150 (1/2) insures clean-up of your area and of the Poppy Mountain Bluegrass Festival grounds. Please leave your area cleaner than your neighbors!
