- Another party on the Mountain has came and gone..But in all my five years at Poppy, I must say this was the best!! The weather was outstanding, the Jammin was unbelievable, and the Grass lovers came from far and wide! Chessehead Cornerwasin full effect!Wisconsin folks sure know how to pick!!
The Showcase Barn was the place to be on Wed.and Thurs. My boys, Union Ridge tore it up, you made me very proud!Samatha, Girl you got it goin on!!! we will all see you in the big lights some day.....(You can pay me back later for the arrow I shot for you!)
Over all Marty's camp was center of all Jammin'!! Ray,Tommy,Todd,Sam,Leon,Dougo,Tim, and far to many to name,You guys are what makes Poppy.....Poppy!
A HUGE thanks to Bill&Sandy; Woods for the opportunity and trust they put in Ray to pick such a fine and rare instrument.....Long live Lester!!
A very very HUGE thanks to Marty and his family for putting up with our Drunk-Grass-Lovein'-Asses at all hours!!
