- Goodness, What to say about Poppy Mountain Bluegrass Festival!! First of all, I'm sure that every one will agree about the promoter of the festival, Poppy Tim, is the greatest, hippiest, funniest guy in the world, eat up with bluegrass!!!
I've had the previlage of going to poppy for the past few years, its been great!
The year of 2000 I have to say was the best experience I've had there!! Even though I skip school for 2 weeks every year to go, I still learn so much!
I'm very excited about this year, only a couple months left and the opening night will be here! I hope to see everyone there!!

- Hello, I just came through Rainelle for the Summersville festival. I am from Nashville, TN and drove all that way to see my very first bluegrass fest. It was a blast but I was looking for more of a party atmosphere for the next one and I heard Poppy Mnt was the one to go see. Hope to come out and see you all!
